1. What Perbug is
Perbug is a marketplace that connects clients who post bug bounties, AI failure bounties, and data-annotation work with workers who complete it. Perbug facilitates escrow and payouts but is not a party to the work product itself.
2. Accounts & roles
You may hold client, worker, and (if vetted) triager roles. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Admin actions require 2FA.
3. Escrow & payouts
Clients fund escrow before publishing. Confirmed submissions reserve and release funds to workers via Stripe Connect, net of the published take rate. A double-entry ledger is the system of record. Unreserved escrow is refundable on project close, less any setup fee.
4. Disputes
Rejected submissions may be disputed within 7 days and are arbitrated by an independent triager whose decision is final within the platform.
5. Acceptable use
Testing is authorized only within a project's stated scope. Acting outside scope, exfiltrating data, or disrupting a client's systems is prohibited and may be unlawful. NDAs, where required, are binding.
6. Fees
Current take rates and fees are shown on the Pricing page and configured in the platform fee schedule. Rates may change prospectively.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Perbug does not guarantee that any bounty will be claimed, confirmed, or paid beyond the terms of an individual project and its funded escrow.
