What we collect
Account details (email, handle, profile), work you submit, messages, and payment identifiers from Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details — Stripe does.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching work, running escrow and payouts, detecting fraud, and improving quality. AI features process submission text for dedupe, severity, and quality scoring.
Data in exports
In annotation and failure-dataset exports, worker identity is hashed, not exposed. Provenance (raw responses, timing, agreement) is retained for clients who paid for it.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account. Deletion runs as a job that removes personal data while preserving anonymized ledger records required for accounting.
